I've started a website called OpenBSD-wiki.
As one might assume it's located at http://www.openbsd-wiki.org
It's meant to have such types of tutorials.
The idea came from gentoo-wiki.org, and I hope to follow along in the 
same vein.
I'm in the process of updating / creating new articles at the moment though.
