Watchdog Timeout sk status

Hi,
       I notice on the http://www.openbsd.org/plus.html
page that watchdog timeout errors in sk type interfaces
is being worked on.
	I'm currently running OpenBSD 3.9 Stable with 
two SysKonnect
SK-9521 V2.0 gigbit interfaces, and have watchdog 
timeout errors. They appeared again yesterday on both
interfaces at the same time.  I had to completely power
down the system to get going again.  Rebooting didn't
work.
	Has anybody gone to using 4.0 beta and noticed an
improvement with this problem?
