PHP inclde_path - I'm stymied (SOLVED)

Ok, I'm an idiot, but I got it now... only took 7 hours too!

I see that as far as Apache+PHP is concerned, there is no /var/www,
because in the chrooted environment, /var/www is actually /.

Sorry for the unnecessary noise.
