imap server - which one?

I must move some email messages from a Linux system to Windows Outlook 
Express.  I've determined that what appears to be the easiest (only?) way 
to do this is to setup an IMPA server; copy the message folders from Linux 
to IMAP server; then copy them from IMAP server to Outlook Express.  I have 
an OpenBSD box I can use for this purpose, but I've never run an impa 
server before.  When I look at IMAP packages on the OpenBSD ftp site, I see 
Courier, Cyrus and uw packages.  Which of these would be easiest to 
install/setup for this purpose?
