imap server - which one?

Dovecot would be easiest, I guess. I've had some issues with in the past,
maybe these have been resolved. One AMD64 server pulled 100% CPU on an
almost empty mailbox on 3.8.

Courier is what I use the most. Hassle free, easy to set up and rock
solid.
