spamassassin

Hi all,
I have a obsd 4.0 box that looks after mail for a number of domains, but
has no local users or email.
 
The only way I've been able to get spamassassin to work with this setup
is using milter-spamd.
The setups using procmail don't seem to work as the mail gets sent off
to it's final destination by sendmail before procmail even sees it.
 
using milter-spamd, spam gets rejected at the MTA, but I want to try and
set it up spam gets forwarded on to it's final destination, but with a
changed subject saying **SPAM**.
 
Is this possible??
