web page for packages description, no more?

Hello all

For packages installation I was using a web page which was available from 
URL  http://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq15.html
There were a hyperlink for three last versions of OpenBSD, I hope that 
somebody of you still remembers.
It seems that hyperlink was removed. I'm not sure if only hyperlink is 
missing or all site was removed as I do not have a correct link yet.

There was a list of all packages with detailed description. Anybody knows 
where the webpage is, please?
