IPSec, is it possible?

Thanks for all your ideas.
I know that my traffic is mostly not enrypted on the internet. I just wanted 
to make impossible for users on my LAN segment
to sniff it. I don't work with confidential information in my free time, 
except ibanking which is encrypted anyway so encryption on the internet is 
not problem for me. I just don't like the feeling that people from my LAN 
can see which web pages I read what e-mails I receive e.t.c. Yes I have 
switches but everybody knows that this does not mean any protection. Many 
sniffers are able to sniff on switched network without any problem.
