this means the modification time changed on wd0b (your swap device)
from May 1 2004, to the 28th of November this year. That mostly likely
would happen if you ran MAKEDEV in /dev, or you were playing around
with mknod. Were you doing either? Also, have you made any changes to
your swap partition?
