OBSD blocking directory access

Well, there are probably a fair number of different ways, depending on
what else you want them to be able to do or not do, but the simplest and
most direct would be to change the permissions on the folders.

The short form of what you are asking is that only the owner of each of
those home folders should have read or write permissions.
