Mail servers

Hi

I'm trying to choose a mail server.  

I was recommended exim but found that it has X dependencies and I was hoping to avoid running X on a server which will be running at least a mail server and apache.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a well written mail server for OpenBSD that doesn't require X?
