Newbie needs help with first time configuration

I am trying to install OpenBSD on a 20gb IDE hard drive.  The first partition on the drive is a 2gb FAT partition.   What should my starting and ending cylinder be?  I wish to install an 18gb partition for OpenBSD.  

The existing FAT partition appears to start on Sector 1 and end on Sector 254.  And the Bios ending head is 254.
