Same thing, basically. Look at the most recent upgrade guide for your
release. The copying of the kernel and the untarring of the installsets
is the same thing.

You distribute your release(8) to each host and then follow the upgrade
guide. You just don't have to worry too much about merging /etc and stuff
like that.
