Hi,
since I am rather lazy, I decided to give pbrowser a try, especially
when looking for a certain package (for its name) it's useful:
http://www.bytelabs.org/pbrowser.html
For the same reason (for beig as lazy as nobody has ever been), I
thought "well, the thing is working well, why not give it a try?"
And I installed some packages from it...
now, I find out that when I try to install from the command line (more
comfortable when you know what you're looking for):
----------------------------------------------------------------------------+
elachistos| sudo pkg_add screen |
Ambiguous: screen could be screen-4.0.2 screen-4.0.2-shm screen-4.0.2-static|
screen-4.0.3 screen-4.0.3-shm screen-4.0.3-static |
+--------------+
elachistos| sudo pkg_add screen-4.0.2 |
Can't install screen-4.0.2: lib not found c.39.3 |
Even by looking in the dependency tree: |
|
Maybe it's in a dependent package, but not tagged with @lib ?|
(check with pkg_info -K -L) |
If you are still running 3.6 packages, update them. |
-------------------------------------------------------------+
!!!!
The ports.tgz I downloaded is from obsd 4.1 and
elachistos| uname -a
OpenBSD elachistos.bautzi 4.1 GENERIC#1435 i386
????
I still can install from pbrowser but not from the command line. I don't like
this situation... at all
Here you are the information. It's not relevant to me:
elachistos| pkg_info -K -L screen-4.0.2 ~ (21:31)
