Sendmail question

My ISP is among that growing phalanx of morons who do not
allow direct outbound 25, so I have to relay through their
server.  Part of their moron policy limits the number of
connections I can make to that server's 25 to exactly 1.
(So much for efficiency, blah blah.)

So the question is, what is the magic formula for sendmail.mc
or sendmail.cf to make my queue runner only send one mail at
a time?
