building ports with "MULTI_PACKAGES"

Nope.  

This is how MULT_PACKAGES works.  It builds *all* of the subpackages.

Now I will qualify my "Nope."  You could manually modify the port yourself. 
But that is not something I would recommend to anyone posting to
openbsd-newbies for any port.  When it comes to *this* monster ... it is not
something I would recommend to anyone.
