sendmail virtusertable entries won't work except for root

I just tried to send mail locally to LSMBF005 and it failed too with 
user unknown.

I just tested using pop to receive a Different users mail and sending 
mail to that user went okay

There seems to be a problem with the user LSMBF005. What can I do to fix 
that? Anything short of deleteing and re-adding?

I am using popa3d right now, couldn't login as root. Is that normal 
restriction?
