sending dmesg to dmesg at openbsd.org

I'd figure they follow the standard email rules: you might get a 'mail 
undeliverable' if there was an error, but nothing specific is required on 
success.

If you are using the automatic reporter tool, I believe it does say thank 
you when it has sent it.  (But that's entirely local.)
