how to upgrade to gnupg-1.4.9 ? SOLVED

Yes it seems I was lucky on this and some other ports. 
I will upgrade to current asap I feel myself so brave to deal with this esoteric task ...
.. Where are gore those synaptic one-click upgrades....!
