Estimated time between ordering and receiving CD set?

I'm thinking about ordering 4.4 to get it before November 1st.  I'm aware
that some people have recieved their disk set already, despite the official
release date of Nov. 1.
Does anyone know how long, roughly, i could expect to wait after ordering
before receiving the diskset to Philadelphia, PA (US)?
I'm wondering whether it's worth it (i'd rather donate in other ways-- like
purchasing teeshirts-- if it's not).
