Estimated time between ordering and receiving CD set?

Once the cds are delivered to the two stores (Intl, and EU), they ship
them out in the order of preorder.

Sadly, tee-shirt sales do *not* give any money back to the project.  The
associated costs with them prohibit that.  On the other hand, they are a
great way to protect the cd case (less of an issue with the dvd-case
style), and are a stylish way to promote the OpenBSD project to people
you see on a daily basis.

The best way to give money to the project is a pure donation.  Of
course, you don't get the super-cool stickers that way.
