since we're all mad, its time for the march meeting.  tuesday at the 
metreon, you all know the details.

I'll be talking about troubleshooting TCP connections, specifically  
the 'window sizes' option.  which is what I'm up to at 2am on a work 
night.  rfc1323 is an interesting little beast.
